I reviewed the list of common error codes and c 65 didn't pop up. Samsung says that you need to schedule servicing on the fridge via their support center (on their website). Thank you.

That sounds like a power glitch. Try pressing and holding the power freeze and power cool buttons at the same time for about 8 to 13 seconds and see if it clears.

If that doesn't do it, let me know and I'll dig up the Fast Track on it.

If it's flashing error code "OF" "OF" Try pressing the energy save and freezer button at the same time. this worked for me.

On a Samsung Refrigerator model #RF260BEAEBC French Door, press and hold both "Power Freeze" and "Power Cool" buttons simultaneously until chimes sound. This will reset the flashing 13 E code.

Most of the time if you unplug it from the power source for about 10-15 minutes will reset fridge computer and when you plug it back everything get back to normal.

I have the same symptom too - freezer temperature flashes at -2. "Power Freezer" or setting it to any other temperature is not working either.
As a result, no ice being made. Please help!
