Question about Fitbit Charge Wireless Activity Tracker Sleep Wristband Small

My Fitbit charge has suddenly quit working. It says it is completely charged but it doesn't light up. The only thing it will display is V106.

New Fitbit blaze fully charged will not work when in watch screen only comes on when on charge

How to Charge Fitbit Blaze: Step-By-Step
  • Plug in the charging cable into the USB port of your computer.
  • Find the tracker from the wristband. To do so, impulse the screen slightly so that it removes from the frame.
  • Place the tracker inside the charging cradle with the screen in front of you and the four gold prongs associated.
  • Adjacent the cradle cover.
  • Watch for a large battery icon that acts momentarily on display to let you know that charging has in progress. It gives a hint of how low your battery is to start, and a small battery icon persists in the top left corner while charging so you can check progress. When the green battery icon is fulfilled, then your Fitbit Blaze is fully charged.

When I press the button the only thing that will display is the time and then it turns back off. How do I correct this.

Make sure your Fitbit is fully charged by plugging it into its charger, it should vibrate and you want to see a fully white battery indicator when pressing the button.
While it is on its charger let's do a reset, by holding there button until you see the Fitbit logo.
