Images that are all black, white, or any other solid color or hue represent a problem with the camera imager. Just to be sure it is the imager and not the LCD, download the images onto your computer and view them. If they look the same as they did on your camera, it is time for a repair.

I know that broken or not, Kodak does offer a trade in... you might want to give them a call to see what they might be offering.. I am not 100% sure but I believe when they trade in the camera, you get a special coupon for the Kodak store for any purchase... not just cameras.

Get more storage?

Most tablets have an internal "bin" for programs, pictures, and such. When you add an SD card, that's still external, and you can fill up the internal without touching the external card. You can use the file manager to clean up the internal storage.

How do i play whats on the memory card nothing plays video only audio. or what do i need to convert it

First, make sure you have it on CARD (and not DISK), and on the "playback" (and not record) mode. Next, does the camera play back other video clips normally, but just not a specific clip ?
Does the selected video clip frame (index) shown on the LCD screen have a picture ? If not, i.e. it is blank (dark), then it is likely that no video was recorded (i.e. just the audio) when you were shooting that video clip.
If there is a picture (of the video clip frame index on the LCD screen) and only audio is playing, try downloading the clip (from the SD card) to your computer, or simply try to play the video on the SD card (inserted directly into your SD card reader on your computer, or via a USB SD card reader) and see if the video clip will play normally on your computer.

Card is locked. how do i unlock card so i can take a picture

SD cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card. If the switch is already in the proper position, slide it fully the other way and then back again.

Purple streaks on LCD monitor

This sounds like it might be a defective CCD imager. But you didn't mention the make or model of your camera. This is important as if it's an older Canon or Sony, it might be fixed for free, including free shipping both ways. This is regardless of your camera's warranty status. Please check this link for more info.

The LCD monitor on my SD 200 is not functioning. When the camera is turned on the screen is bright amd shows vertical colored lines in the bottom left corner, a grey blue patch in the top left and a...

Sounds like a cracked LCD screen. You may be able to fix it if you can find a replacement screen. I usually search ebay for a broken camera with other problems that I can cannibalize. Here's some examples on LCD replacement, including one for your camera. Don't recommend that you try this yourself, unless you have some experience and are comfortable with electronics.

Otherwise, the cost of professional repair is beyond the value of this camera. A better option is to sell the camera on ebay for other repair hobbyists to replace the screen for themselves. You actually may get a good price for the camera IF it's still capable of taking pictures:
