Hello, I've recently acquired an Olympia Traveller de Luxe. The ribbon guide is not lifting the ribbon as the keys are struck. Is there a diagram that shows how the spring or lever connects to lift the ribbon, so that I can check if it's broken or detached? Thank you for your assistance. Cher McGrath
Hi, The most common cause for this problem is that the colour selection lever is set on white. Try setting it to Black or Red and see if that solves the problem. Ralph, Dial A Ribbon.
