Ice Cream Maker Parts, Instruction Manuals and Recipes

There are many requests on Fixya.com from people looking for parts for their Ice Cream Maker. I did some checking and found that in fact there seems to be very few good places to purchase parts for Ice Cream Makers. The best places to buy parts seems to be from the manufacturers.

Here are the phone numbers to call to get parts from many of the manufacturers of ice cream makers.

Cuisinart Parts - Cuisinart - 1-800-726-0190

Donvier Parts - Browne USA - 1-302-326-4802

Krups Parts - Krups - 1-800-526-5377

Musso Parts - Electra-Craft - 1-973-623-9370

Richmond Cedar Works Parts - COMPANY OUT OF BUSINESS - NO SOURCE FOR PARTS AVAILABLE (Please do not call us)

Simac Parts - Electra-Craft - 1-973-623-9370

White Mountain Parts - White Mountain - 1-800-343-0065

I need manual for a Richmond Cedar Works Ice Cream Maker Model 165A. They are out of business and I can't find a manual.

Rival bought RCW. I have a model 78. I found a manual online even though it was for a model 71, it still had the basics for ice/salt ratios and recipies..maybe that will help you??!! The address is http://lib.store.yahoo.net/lib/sendicecream/rcw.pdf

Need replacement can for Sterling Catalog No. 165A (Is Rival 8550x Equivalent?)

Richmond Cedarworks has folded. Rival/White Mountain do not have parts for the replacement of your canisters. Richmond has went under for bankrupcy or were bought out by some private sector. The parts offered by Rival/White Mountain are different sized for all of the Richmond products. As there are no parts available, anyone looking for parts should be directed to either commercial supply stores or stores that repair/rebuild old kitchen equipment.
