It seams to be a problem in video and video out put stage some TV set design there is no video signal the sound out put also not working this TV high voltage ( horizontal out ) is working fine that why flash squre visible when the sw off. may be dry joints in the video section or some auxilary power supply cricuit feeding power to video section having a problem

The degausser cricuit may be the fault. The degausser coil may be staying on, and thus forces a shut-down. It is also possible to have a power supply fault that can cause a similair effect.

The set will need shop service.
