It is making 3 beeps and I would like to know what that means, and what I should do next.

Find out which BIOS is installed (websearch on server model) then search for Bios Beep Codes for that BIOS. Check what 4-3 4-3 means, you may find it is something simple. If you can get floppy working you may be able to flash BIOS but again you need to know which one

Open the cpu cabinet cover . Then reconnect RAM memory to motherboard clean dust from all parts. Reconnect processor and it's fan reconnect pci if any. Reconnect both connection to harddrive. That is your speaker on the motherboard. Tell us how many beeps. The thing beeps and then pauses and beeps again. We need to know how many beeps before the pause and if the number of beeps changes.

3 beeps means the machine has ran two 1 hour cycles back to back to make ice an average timeframe for ice making is 25-30 min. Could be several issues, float switch dirty, water valve leaking by, dirty spray tubes, dirty evap., then go to refrigeration Expansion valve, compressor, charge, Hot gas valve leaking by,,,,,

reaaatch harddisk connection .clean ram and refix it .then check again u get beep then open procesor fan then clean the processor.

I have a Hoshizaki KM-250BAF that is making 3 beeps then pauses and them makes 3 beeps again. If I unplug the ice maker and plug it in it continues to make the 3 beeps. The manual does not mention anything about beeps. Can anyone help?

Try testing it first. Press the test/reset button. If it's operating properly on the display:
"GAS" - and it should beep 3 times. Then a number should appear on the display. It should be arround 200. Then it should beep 4 quick times, then nothing for 5 seconds, then 4 quick beeps that keep repeating. It will then show 3 numbers again for a few seconds. When they're gone it will be done resetting. It should show a flashing red light and a 0 or whatever the reading might be. Try this and let me know what happens. you may be knowing there are many types of beeps which made as standard for all pc ...
if the pc beeps for 30 seconds and then starts means there is no input device connected ...(here the standard input device is keyboard)
so c the keyboard is connected properly or not try reconnecting it...
and about the display when sometimes computer makes beeping sound the screen is not displayed ... after connecting that just try is it working or not.. if problem persists then just check the cables of the monitor too... try reconnecting them also.....
