Best guess would be a thermal printhead has an element out and needs adjustment. However with out a model number and a picture of the printout that is the best I can do.

Lx900e primera when print - blank labels

Are you using the program that accompanies the labels. Or by the same company?
I suppose your labels come 3 to a sheet, and you're only printing 1. Have you tried printing 3 at a time?

Barcode scanner won't read printed labels

1. The printhead in your printer might be scratched (evidenced by thin white streaks through your print). This is common, and the most likely cause. Printhead must be replaced.
2. Material might be stuck on your printhead (usually evidenced by wide white streak vertically through print). Printing surface of printhead can be cleaned with rubbing alcohol and cotton ball.
3. The ribbon might be wrinkling due to uneven tension, producing intermittent diagonal streaks in your print. This is somewhat common, but doesn't fit your description as well as 1 & 2 above. Mechanical adjustment and/or proper media loading solves ribbon wrinkles.
4. Poor pressure and/or printhead alignment. Evidenced by grainy, light or no print on one side or the other of the media. This is somewhat common, but doesn't fit your description as well as 1 & 2 above. Mechanical adjustment solves printhead pressure and alignment issues.

My sato cl408e is printing but 1/4 of the print on the inside of the label not readable. very dull and missing print. The other 3/4 of the print is perfect. Could this be a dirty print head or the...

It could be a print ehad problem, or an out of alignment condition between the platen and the head.
YOu can use a test mode to print a factory test print, that will put the print across the label. Settings and a barcode for alignment will be pirnted.
If you are using less than full width stock, only print 5 or less labels as the head will try to print across the full width, and if no label present, may harm printhead.

there are adjustments on the outside(right) of the platen support bearing that you can loosen the screw, and cam adjustment, to level the head across the platen.

Zebra 105se blank labels problem

I would say the roller isn't the problem. I had the same problem on many Zebra printers, but often the calibration helped. Then it could do, when printing task label is for larger/longer than the label size is set in the printer system (conflict of software with printer settings after calibration). It could be set too down to bottom in Y axis. Or it could be in the software settings - as action after print - not sure.
Try to open the printer queue while the label is printed and check if the label has proper number of pages or there's 1 page more. If it is the right number - then the problem is on printer side (recalibrate, reflash it). If the number is about 1 higher, the problem is with settings of the label size (barcode software, printer settings) or action after print on PC side.

Ribbon wrinkles when printing barcodes

This is usually caused by temperature of the thermal print head. This is found in the printing preferences of the printer.
