No. That's for connection between JVC compatible units.
Not knowing what kind of inputs your PC takes: if it has only analog RCA-type inputs, run a pair from the receiver's tape out; if the PC has digital toslink (optical) or spdif (coaxial) inputs and the receiver has some sort of digital output, use that.
You could also rig a connection from the tape out, using adapter cables, to the PC's headphone in.
