You can get the code for free from a dealership if it was in the vehicle as new. Of you pay a radio code finder company. The manual refers to your Blaupunkt Passport.

Enter the code number given in the Blaupunkt car radio passport and confirm: See example "Restart following interruption ...". The code system is now deactivated.

Check the fuses! If the fuse box fuses are ok check the one on the back of the radio...needs to be removed!

if the radio came with your car as standard then contact your ford dealer and they should be able to get the code for you but they do charge for the service.

I have this decode sodtware I perchased for my business but have never used it for the Blaupunkt radio so am not sure if I did it correct. It ask me to enter a 10 digit serial and the only number you had with 10 was the one starting with "76" so I used that one. It gave me a code of 3501 and it also had the option that if the code had to start with a 1 or 0 it gave me a code of 1501. This software has yet to fail me on Ford radio's and I hope it works for you.....Curious so leave a comment and let me know. Also if there are other 10 digit numbers and the code didn't, I'll try any other numbers. This was also just for a standard Blaupunkt or for a BMW. It did have other options for other vehicles.

HOW TO ENTER A BLAUPUNKT RADIO CODE


Switch the ignition key ON

Press and hold AS button * and the ON button at the same time

Display Shows SAFE then goes to 10 - - - - with a "Beep" from the speaker

Press Preset Button " 1 "repeatedly until the 1st Digit of your Code is displayed
Press Preset Button " 2" repeatedly until the 2nd Digit of your Code is displayed
Press Preset Button " 3" repeatedly until the 3rd Digit of your code is displayed
Press Preset Button " 4" repeatedly until the 4th Digit of your code is displayed

If the display now shows the correct Code number then

Press Button AS and hold to Enter and if successful there should be a "Beep" from the speaker and the radio should switch on
