Try another charger & battery. If the phone doesn't show any change, send it to samsung for warranty repairs, or contact your dealer.

How to turn on the phone

If your phone is dead, that means you need to charge it. Once you have charged your phone for a decent amount of time and have a pretty sufficient amount of charge, you can try to turn it back on. If the phone STILL does not turn on after having charged it, your phone is probably just burnt out. The iPhone 4 software is a bit more outdated now. Many people are complaining of technical issues. Things just wear away over time.

When I plug in a charger the phone comes on. How do I charge the phone with the power off?

After the phone has turned on when you plug it in, you can turn it off. So, plug in the charger, the phone will start charging and turn on. You can then leave the charger plugged in, but just turn the phone off and leave it charging.

Only charges... nothing else works on my Samsung

It should be fine to call when the phone is charging. It could be that the phone was "sleeping" as it charged and then the sudden energy draw of the phone call while it was charging screwed up the battery. I think you should take it to the shop.

Once i charge my phone i get a yellow light rather than green.

Leave it plugged in for a little while. When it's yellow it means that your phone is dead and it's charging up the battery. It will eventually turn on and the light will turn green.

Battery not holding a charge.do you leave phone on while charging

firstly the battery from new will need charging for about 8 hours to boost it after that it should reach full charge in about 1 hour it will charge if it is on or off and when off should show a charging bar how ever there is no way it will recognise when fully charged so dont leave over night otherwise it will reduce battery life greatly

Won't Charge or Turn on

First try drying out your phone for a day or two with lots of dry moving air gently blowing past and around it, the phone must be unplugged and battery removed during this process, then once everything has been dried try charging the battery in another phone just like it, if it charges and see it it will power the phone, if the battery works put t back into your phone and try to turn it on. If it doesn't work in your phone but it does in another then its the phone, if the phone works with another battery its the battery but dry them both totally first, even a few tiny specs of moisture can screw up your phone when power is running through it, so be careful. Cheers!

Phone won't turn on

You may need a new battery. Also, hold the power button in for at least 10 seconds before letting go. The RAZR has a bad habit of not completely turning on unless you hold it in long enough.

Motorzor

you simply fried your battery by overcharging it. Just get a new one, let it fully charge and fully die twice before you start normal charging. Then you will want to only charge it for about 2 to 3 hours or find a charger that has a smart chip that tells it when to stop charging once the battery is full.
