I can sign into Yahoo! site just fine. When I try to go to the mail page, it just comes up blank/white. Can't see my list of emails. When I mouse over the Mail link under the Hi, John, it will show a list of a few emails, but when I click any of them or the show all messages link, it takes me to the same blank page. Done in lower left corner, nothing else on screen. Problem has been going for three days now. I have cleared the cache/history/passwords.

'Opening page about:blank' problem is not caused by a virus, trojan, or anything like that! Yahoo have been making changes to the appearance of their home page and also their e-mail. As a result, the screen resolution of 800 x 600 on many PCs will no-longer allow you to sign in. Try changing your screen resolution to 1024 x 768

In some cases the users are not able to read or see the incoming mail. In that case situation the user might receive the mail to spam folder or to the junk mail. So for that user can create filters for their incoming mail so just follow the step:
•Login to your mail account.
•Go to the "settings" of the folder
•Click on the option of "Filters" appears on the left side.
•Sort incoming emails in the respective folder.
•Provide the name of the filter.

Don't come to this site unless you would like to part with some money.. Yahoo does not have any help just to try and force people to PAY for help. Don;t doi it. Just drop Yahoo. There are lots of other email providers.
I am having the same problem!!!! Exactly and it has been going on for about 4 days now too! I hope somebody has an answer to this problem! I am in the Army and a lot of emails are very important!!!!! I can't lose this stuff. Please, somebody help!
I've had the same problem as mikeforma. My problem had to do with the the All New Yahoo mail. When I went back to Yahoo Classic the problem went away.
Here's how I fixed it. (1) Sign into Yahoo. (2) Click Yahoo mail. (3) At the 'blank screen' , copy an paste this url: http://us.mg1.mail.yahoo.com/dc/optout?s… <then press enter> (4) Say YES to opt out of the All New Yahoo mail.
Hopefully it should work for anyone having similar problems. It did for me.
