I've never used their devices actually. But I try to learn about the newest trends and developments in the healthcare industry. I, for one, think that this field needs more improvements. I just can't understand why health organizations don't use custom healthcare software development services given that it's quite affordable these days.

I'm not really sure what error i had with this type of blood monitor but i found that the problem was with the two little knobs behind, that were stick out too much . If you put your finger behind the blood monitor , in the area that comes in contact with the wrist, you should feel two little knobs under the textile material. If they stick out too much try to gently push them in. Hope this is work....

i got a wristech jb5538,i don;t have a manuel,can;t find 1 online.i need to know how to switch between kpa and mmhg.

the solution is when the unit is off, press and hold the left (<) button
until you see a kpa or mmhg in the display.
release then press and hold the same (<) button to choose between
kpa and mmhg .
press the start stop button to start measuring.

I also requested a manual from
[email protected] they sent me one.

Yes, but you have to send it back to the manufacturer.

Press both the memory and on/off buttons at the same time. Hold for a couple seconds and monitor will reset.
