How do I take off the shuffle so. it plays normally? can't find a manual for this product

If you're playing music on the alexa, shuffle mode is usually the icon with to arrows itertwining. Please press that button once and the shuffle mode should be canceld. Otherwise, please consult your alexa instruction manual for the section related to playing music.

Music Submenu
To enter the Music Submenu, press and hold the OK/VOL button for 3 seconds.

Repeat
To adjust your repeat mode, select "repeat". You can select Sequence, repeat one, repeat all, shuffle, or shuffle and repeat.

Media players usually can play music depending on the play mode settings. One of these settings is the "shuffle". You can change this with the menu key then choose settings, then repeat mode and set it to mode normal or repeat all.
This advise is general and if you couldn't use it, please try to find instructions in the user manual of your device or if you haven't it define the exact type of the product.

not an ipod touch press menu (middle key) < arrow key to you get to playback options here is where you can shuffle play 1 song or all songs

While playing a song, press the Quick Options Menu button (small circle), you will see an option for "REPEAT", choose from:

No Repeat Play tracks in normal order and
no repeat.
One Play the current track repeatedly.
All Play all tracks repeatedly.
RandomAll Play all tracks in random order.
Dir Normal Repeat all tracks in the current
folder.
Dir Rep Repeat all tracks in all folders.
Dir Random Play folders in random order.

depends on what mp3 player you have. you can look online for a manual, they are usually online somewhere. as for the shuffle thing, you can look in the options or tools and look around and it will usually be there. then you just turn shuffle off

You have to be playing a song, after that press in on the scrolling button at the top, go to "Repeat"and then scroll until you see "Normal"and you will be able to listen to all music without it repeating.

do you have it on a-b shuffle?

if so just turn it off of A-B and you will have your normal shuffle if not comment me back or get a hold of me at [email protected]

if you press the tool button and then go to play mode when your on the screen that comes up when the music is playing there should be an option to do many types of shuffle including all songs or just the songs in that folder.
