U0155 definition is lost communication with the ipc control mod , (instrument panel cluster) , reasons include faulty IPC , loose / bad connections at IPC , i read some forums and and some found connection issues at fuse box , when the problem exists you could try wiggling wires at behind fuse box or the back of the IPC try to locate source if indeed it is a connection issue .
good luck.

left side u got a short
u can wire up a buzzer or light to plug into where the fuse goes that blows when u turn on ur left blinker the buzzer will sound or the light will come on ,while the buzzer is on take apart left signals
and check wiring by moving harness around ,when u find the short the buzzer will quit

If you are referring to the cigarette lighter check the fuse in the fuse box. I sometimes over load mine with computer, chargers, GPS you get the idea and it pops.

by process of elimination!
one door at a time so disconnect 3 & keep changing the active one till you find which one isnt working
then test its circuits ok
