Went to power up this unit with fresh, new batteries all the way. When I turn him on he turns his head 3 times, flashes red, then just shuts down. Can anyone help??

check that you have the battery in the correct way
if it has batteries like AA , AAA or what ever the negative terminal of the battery goes against the coil spring so if you have them all facing the same way, that may be why they are not charging
the screen shutting down at this stage would be cause the batteries are flat
of course you could always bet new fully charged rechargeable batteries and put them in correctly to see if the rest works
When the battery is almost empty (when there are only 5 or fewer shaving minutes left), the battery symbol lights up red.
Make sure that the battery does not have a memory effect. What I suggest is taking the shaving head unit off and running the shaver till empty, then recharging. Check if the red light is still flashing.
There's also a head indicator at the bottom of some shavers.
To remind you to replace the shaving unit, the shaving unit symbol flashes (all types) and you hear a beep when you switch off the shaver (RQ1090 only). This happens at the end of 7 successive shaves to remind you to replace the shaving unit.
Without knowing what model you have it's difficult to diagnose further.
these a couple things you can try to reset,if resetting dont work you will have a amp problem.Try pushing and holding down these 3 buttons s.speaker b and att and exit buttons for at least 3 sec or more.should reset. If not also try pushing and holding down mult speaker and exit and att buttons together for at least 3 or more seconds.if still shuts down you will have shorted transistors inside of unit.
The control systems on power mobility equipment have a "prevent" circuit that immobilizes the equipment while it is plugged into a charger, so folks won't take off with it plugged into the wall outlet. When you turn it on when plugged into a charger, the display will flash constantly, or sweep constantly, depending on the manufacturer. This is normal. Your off-board charger should have a red light to indicate power to the charger, and another light for the charge status. Yellowish means it is charging, when it turns green, you are fully charged. If the status light is green all the time, that is an indication that the charger is not functioning properly, or that the batteries are below a chargeable state. Check charger output, which should be 26-28 volts dc, and each battery should show at least a 12 volt reading, but around 13.5 volts with a full charge. If one or both of the batteries drops below 12 volts after a short period of time, it's time for a fresh pair. Fully charge new ones before using the chair.
Hi, this is heat related and, this issue may have damaged your power supply board. if the red lights continue to flash after you have unplugged this unit for 5 minutes, this will confirm power board failure and, you will need to replace thiscircuit board.
You can purchase a replacement power supply unit at this link below and i also advise to purchase a cooling adapter for your system as well. this will prevent this form happening again in the future.
speakers terminal maybe short circuit------connect it properly. ---ventilation holes are blocked----turn it off let it cool down and turn it on. -------the unit is operating in continuous high power condition---turn it off-----and let it to cool down.-------turn it on.
