I have a ps4, when I turn it on the blue light will come on and then it'll go to the white one and there is no image on the t.v. even the homepage on the ps4 won't even show. Anyone know why?

Has worked before and stopped working or never worked before?
If not worked before ensure your output ie HDMI has the correct converter cable or adapter to connect to monitor AVI or VGA port ie blue or white socket. also check the cable is ok try changing cables, or using a different port. test the monitor with a pc to ensure the monitor port is working test the ps4 with another device to ensure the output from the ps4 is also working.

This blinking light issue could indicate any number of causes including but not limited to:

1. Issues with PS4 power supply
2. Issues with PS4 hard drive
3. Issues with other PS4 hardware

If the light is any color besides white, Sony offers a collection of fixes for this PS4 problem, including an option to get a replacement if none of them work. From what we can tell this issue is mostly past, but if you have this problem you should.

• Check the HDMI cable
• Check the hard drive
• Make sure the PS4 is ventilated - Blow out your vents with a can of compressed air.

it just completely dead give it awhile and it will work

Make sure your HDMI connection is secure, and in the right place. The PS4 has the same feature as the PS3, that it won't power on completely if it doesn't detect a video source.

Sounds like a hardware issue with the PS4 just like the first gen Xbox 360's Red Ring of Death my best suggestion is call SONY and see of it is still under warranty or if it is an issue they are aware of and will fix or replace your system for free like Microsoft did.

Hi , it seems you are experimenting a light engine problem.Here's how your tv works: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZLLHnQ4y-wo Basically there's 3 LCD chips that create the colors and image by blending together.When these chips start to melt you will get those blue spots, pixelation ,black and white picture,even vertical lines.You will need to replace the light engine. That issue is related to "white balance". Sounds like the camera is not measuring white balance correctly in order to determine the best setting for each shot, and is flipping between correct and incorrect settings, even in the same conditions!

I could go into detail here, but really it is much easier and perhaps better explained with images on many websites. Here is one example:

As for a solution, well obviously the camera is not working as it should, but you could also try setting white balance manually if your camera allows it. The above site tutorial will give you an idea of how to do that and what setting to use.

can you provide a image of yello shadow.I believe it seems to be technically say "ghost image"
If it is ghost image we can try by entering SERVICE Menu and adjust RGB level of the light engine.
