You should try the last 4 digits of your cell phone number, if you have changed the default lock code and
don't remember it, you will need a little more advance tools to unlock it, you might wanna check and see if you service provider has a repair center in town for a quick lock code read.
if you have the Software drives and cables for it you could use BitPim
which is free online. If not, you will need to contact your cellphone customer service reps and find out if any repair centers, if no luck, try to track down a US Cellular repair shop and sweet talk them into reading lock code for you.
