The needles can be obtained for a sewing machine service center , the oil is machine oil from a good hardware shop and the manual from the manufacturers site for the model in pdf form of the net.

Are you inserting the needle fully into clamp? You may have a bad lot of needles that werent straight. Try sewing by hand with machine to see exactly where and when needle breaks, then you might be able to solve problem.

The problem is likely the threading. Double check the threading, look twice or three times at the diagram. Even me, a tech sometimes threads a machine or serger wrong.

I have a Euro-Pro Multi-stitch and I use regular needles, nothing special. Singer needles is what I usually buy but only because thats what I can get where I live.
