This should be an obvious one. If the cord is attached HARD, meaning you can't remove it, you have to buy a new unit. punish your puppy as you see fit. If the cord is removeable, meaning there is some sort of lock-in plug end to the cord to the cooking unit, OR a magnetic lock, you can most likely buy a new one. just call up the number for sales that should be printed on your owners manual somewhere. And if you tell me its not there, look harder. every company wants a sale. and you know the company name anyway. GEORGE FORMAN GRILL. Also you can splice the cable if its a chew in the middle. it takes some electrical know-how, but if a puppy chews in the middle, a pair of wire nuts and some electrical tape fixes it. talk to people in the know. CONTACT CONTACT CONTACT! :) The world is not at an end due to a fiesty puppy.

My puppy chewed the powercord to my tv, what can i do

Try a T.V. repair shop to see if they can replace the cord for you if it is no longer under warranty...and make sure puppy has plenty of rawhides or chew toys to gnaw on while teething. They can't help it. Those teeth need help breaking through.

Our puppy chewed through the cord on our Rainbow. we paid $45 to have the cord replaced, got it home and it still will not turn on. Any ideas? Thanks!

The service tech who replaced it didn't know what he/she was doing. That's my first guess. If it was working before the puppy chewed through the cord, then if the cord was replaced, it should work. That leads me to believe the cord wasn't installed correctly. Take it back and have them redo it, then make sure it works before leaving the shop.

How to replace electrical cord on Dyson ball vacuum cleaner. Our puppy chewed it.

Depending on where it has been chewed, you may not need to replace the whole of your cord. Ask your local electrical supplier, or possibly somewhere like B & Q, if they have an 'inline' plug and socket to repair your existing cord.this would resemble the type of plug and socket used to connectd the power chord to a lawnmower, except you would not be buying the sealed type. Then you could simply cut out the chewed part of your ccord, and fit the two new ends, one the plug and the other the socket. It is no more difficlt than fitting a new domestic 13 amp plug on a cable. It is also a safe but much cheaper solution, so you should save money too.

Puppy chewed the cord and the webcam does not work. Can the cord be replaced?

You can actually splice it if you are mechanically inclined at all. Just cut it, strip the wires, match them by color and/or strips and seal with electrical tape. Much less epensive than a new camera!

My daugher has a small George Forman grill and her puppy chewed the cord to it. Is there somewhere we can have it replaced??? Thank you.

Any appliance shop can replace it for you or you could replace it yourself it is not hard to do. Or you could just repair it if he did not chew it off at the housing.

Puppy chewed the cord on my Philips shp2500 headphones. Is there any way to repair the cord?

Yep. Same exact thing happened to my HD280's. Damn beagles!

Simply buy replacement cord from Sennheiser. It has a nice .100" pitch header so no soldering is necessary to replace the cord.

The trick is to get the phones apart. I almost destroyed mine before I realized you can take the ear padding off by stretching it from around the plastic earcup. Be careful not to tear the thin fabric on the inside of the pad. I believe you can buy replacements of the pads if you are not so lucky.

There are two screws that hold the phone parts all together. Take these out and you are there. Be sure you watch how all the parts come out because it is a bit of a puzzle to get it all back together. The tiny wire are also very fragile inside the phones so be very gentle.

Putting the pads back on was probably the hardest part. :/

Cheers.
