Is there any way possible to update older android models like Motorola razr's to android 5.0 Lollipop?

what you are atalking about is impossible yo can not have that done you would have to buy a new model phone that supports and external sd card or 2gb

hey there....unfortunately moto v3 doesn`t really have an i-tunes update option ...so u will have to use the given version only....
but u can add media to multmedia also...

Yes this is the most common problem with the RAZR.

There is a small cable connecting the screen to the keypad part of the phone. This cable is called a flex cable and fits through the hinge of your RAZR so that the screen and keypad are connected even as the phone opens and closes on the hinge.

BUT, this cable often wears out or can even be severed even a slight bit, and the phone would then work, but only the bottom half, the screen would be dead. I fix this issue for people more than any other cell problem. You need to have the flex cable replaced.
