When i run project igi 1 it shows a error {DDERR_UNSUPPORTED} directX 11.2 . OS- windows 8.1 64 bit.guys please help.

can you start your own posts
with PC model clear. the OP did not, and you hyjacked a vacuum there. huh? learn to start you own posts, please.
and what OS? you run? 8.1-64bit? too
the error is DIRECT X failing
what are you doing gaming, tell what you are doing at the error.
turning it on.
turning it off
playing game that does not run on old PCs with old Direct X.
sure it fails.
the video card matters, what card do you have or is this some laptop

each game site has page
or each game in a box has words that say
system minimum requirements,

if your PC does not have Direct X 11, it will not run that game

in WIN8, up
open the run box, and type dxdiag
as seen here

if you game can not do that, then you need newer video card.
if on laptop, a new PC .
my pc runs directx 12 under w10-64b (Z270 system custom by me)
it runs DX12 on down games, all games made, (not 16bit , sure)
