Pretty vague, but I'll give it a shot. Remove the battery and try to boot while plugged into the wall.
If you get nothing, no power lights, no screen, etc, your power adapter is bad, the plug in connector is bad, on/off switch failed or you have serious problems with the PC. Can't diagnose with the limited info you provided.
Try the same thing with the battery installed and power adapter unplugged.
There are many, many more things that would cause this, but like I said, can't diagnose with limited info.
