I have an Acer Veriton L-460 running two monitors. The default is an Acer 22" widescreen digital and the second is a Samsung 19" analog. All was working fine till today. At bootup the default monitor shows the windows logo and then goes to no signal and the second monitor comes up normally. I unplugged the second monitor and booted with only the default connected and it came up fine. Then tried plugging in the analog while the system was up and nothing happened.

The problem was resolved with online chat.
    The 'extended' had become unchecked.
    Thanks.

What vid card you using? I don't know if that would matter. Maybe it's just too much for the card to handle? Get back to me.

Monitor boots ok, then "Analog" appears/monitor shuts off

Does it have a digital port being used? If you are using the DVI port, it is probably digital. Try using the menu to selct the port. If it doesn't work, not sure from here. What is the model number?
