The megaphone got wet during a rainstorm and now no one can understand what I say when I use it. Is there anything I can do to fix this problem?

Let it dry out.
If it wont fire because of the error, try powering it off and back on. Also being new, it would be under warranty

You can use a megaphone at any point in a game or event. They tend to be used the most during cheers that require audience participation so that they can hear and understand the cheerleaders clearly.

take off and dry in the house if that doesent work its probably caused a fault should not be that muck to replace

That actually is a result of water damage. You probably need to replace it, or see about getting it taken apart and dried if the water damage was recent. DO NOT take it apart yourself. Go somewhere and ask if that is possible.

The belt that drives the p/s pump is getting wet and slipping. Replace belt, check tensioner and look for missing engine splash shields.

ive had a similar problem... but what i did is i looked at what the insurance does cover... since it doesnt cover water damage.. defect the phone in some way that the insurance will cover. its only if you're in desperate need. there is no way to fix water damage... but i know PLENTY of tricks to soak water out of the phone

check all your hoses that goes to your cooling system it really sounds like your heater coil is leaking

Most of the door panels have a plastic liner - usually white between the door and the door panel. It normally is glued onto the inside of the metal door itself. There is a formed indentation for the speaker that are supposed to keep the moisture from entering the speaker from the back side. Thus, the speaker should only be wet if it gets wet from inside the car. I would make sure that the speaker has this kind of a shield on the back side. Rick
