If you have Dell operating system disc, please follow the steps below to reset password and let us know the results:
1.Boot into Windows RE, Open command prompt and navigate to c:\windows\system32\
2.Rename the following files as follows;
ren magnify.exe mag
ren cmd.exe magnify.exe
3. Restart the system to see the accessibility options and click on magnifier, a command prompt window will open.
type the following;
net user Username 123 (where the username is the customers username and 123 is the new password)
Close the cmd prompt and login with the password 123.
4. Remember, the cmd is still magnifier. Go back to Win RE by booting from OS disk again
5. Rename the files back as follows
ren magnify.exe cmd.exe
ren mag magnify.exe

Restart your laptop and keep tapping F8 key the moment you see something on the screen. You will get a black screen with some options written in white. Select the option Safe mode and then you can create a new user with admin rights. Or else at the windows login screen press and hold ctrl and alt key and tap delete key twice and then it will take you to a login screen. Dont put any password there just hit enter. And you will be able to login with admin rights.

So you forgot your windows 7 login password?
Don't worry. There is plenty of software for windows password reset available online. And I recommend Windows Login Recovery.
