Question about NorStar M7310 Phone

Open Question

DATE AND TIME FROZEN. HOW TO RESET THEM?

Date and time were frozen when arrived Monday. Have reset them numerous times, and whatever I reset them to becomes the new date and time and it will not change until I manually change it again.

The electric in our building went off on the weekend. Now my M7310 phone system is not working properly. The calls in and out seem to be fine, however, the date and time do not change automatically like before. Right now my phone says June 23 at 10:34 am, which is the last time I manually changed it. It is frozen. I've unplugged it, and the reset when all the lights flash does occur, but the date and time do not change. Any suggestions?

Power interruption and now my plug,n go seems to be frozen. Cannot set time or clear anything. Screen reads 9.80 or something close

I had a similar problem with my Bosch wall oven after a recent power outage-restart-outage-restart cycle that lasted only about thirty seconds altogether. The difference would be in that while I could reset all the things like day, date, time, etc., the oven would arbitrarily go off on its own and make up the day, time, date, year, etc., with no apparent correspondance to reality. Here's what I did: I completely shut down the oven at its outside breaker (you will need to do whatever it takes to remove the power from the 'plug-n-go'). I waited five or ten minutes before turning the power back on and resetting the various items. Two days have passed and there have been no more mind-of-its-own excursions into another time zone. Problem solved, unless/until another power outage cycle comes along. Hope this helps, or at least gives you an idea about where to start.

DATE -TIME RESET??

What seems to be the problem with the date and time?

If you want to change the date and time settings, then you can click on the time on the bottom right corner of your screen. There you can change the time and date settings.
Or if date and time are always changing whatever you do then you would need to change the CMOS battery of your computer.

Date & time.

To reset system time you must be at the attendant station and with the handset cradled:
Dial: #06 4321 1 # (4321 is the default password)
Then:#55 YY, MM, DD, W, HH, MM, # time will be saved and phone will go back to normal operation.

Naming convention:
YY - Last two digits of the year
MM - Month (1-12)
DD - Day of month (1-31)
W - Day of Week (monday = 1.... sunday = 7)
HH - Hour (24hr format)
MM - Minutes (00-59)

ex: To set the time For Monday, Jan. 5, 2009 at 8:31pm I would enter: 09 01 05 1 20 31 #

SHR-2082 RECORDING TIME ZONE FROZEN!

David,

try setting the time to something different (Like a day and hour from the current setting) than the current time and see if that come up if so then set the system to the current time and date and check again, if that solves your problem great if not reset your system and reprogram it.

•Factory Reset Hidden Key :
Mode Key + CH 2
•The Password and all setting
value will return to the initial
default value.
•Default Password is ‘4321’ .

If you have a memory card installed take that out before powering on.
If your screen is frozen then you would have to send it into repairs to have that fixed.

Frozen Display

Hello,

The reset will always solve the issue. It may have been due to Electromagnetic Interference or Static Electricity.

You can press and hold ALL buttons at the same time for 10-15 seconds. After that, simply reset the time/date. All saved information will be stored.

If you are still having a problem feel free to contact Polar Customer Support @ www.polarusa.com.

Hope this helps.
