SOURCE: headlights and dash light dont work

You would have to check and see if you are getting any power out of the light switch. There is a seperate wire for the headlights and the dash lights.

I retract my entire solution, having not read correctly your situation. You may simply have lost a body ground wire.????

SOURCE: i have no headlights on 1988 mustang gt

Check headlight lamps... then follow the wiring from the bulb connections back and make sure you're getting a good solid ground connection. It may have a loose, broken, severed grounding wire.. it's usually attached to the car body at some location not far from the headlights.

SOURCE: 2003 dodge durango no headlights,no wipers ,no

Outkastroost, I had the same problem last year with my '03 Durango. It happened shortly after we installed a new stereo. The solution was to disconnect the negative battery terminal for about 30 seconds to reset the computer. It's been working fine for a year now after that. I hope this works for you, too.

1994 silverado illumination on instrument panel doesn't work, parking lights and tail lights do not work but headlights and brakelights work fine. All fuses are good. Is this a bad dimmer switch?

No. Dash lights being out could be a bad headlight switch, since the dash lights are routed through the headlight switch, not the dimmer switch. Park and tail lights also controlled by the headlight switch.

My headlights have quit working on my 1994 Chevy 1500 pickup. I replaced the headlight switch but they still don't work. The parking lights come on but not the headlights

Try checking both a; your fuses, and b; check your bulbs. You should have two fuse boxes, one under hood and one in or under the dash. Check those for bad, blown or weak fuses. And check your headlights bulbs for them being good and their connection. If this doesn't fix your problem, you may check out your highbeam switch.

Blinder, head and tail lights stopped working on 2005 E-250. Need fuse diagram

okay, look under the hood in the engine compartment and in that fusebox you will check fuse number f1-24. this is not like the older cars where it says park lights the newer cars and trucks are more confusing as the park lights run through modules so a fuse for another component can cause lights not to work but this is the fuse for the parklights if this doesnt do it then i would test all fuses in that box and then check fuses in the inside fuse box located on the leftside of the dash, as far as the headlights there are a few fuses that control the headlights one for each light and then one for the main switch these fuses are located inside the cab leftside of the dash fuses are f2-3, f2-10 , f2-25 , f2-31 check these for the headlights, here are some diagrams to help locate fuses.good luck and have a good day,johnjohn2_83.gifjohnjohn2_6.png

1994 grand Am Dash & Rear Lights

Check all the fuses, if they're ok then check the switch or wiring, it might be that the wire running from the switch to the park / dash lights is fried. Does the front park lights work? (turn switch to first click, not second one. This is park lights, second click is full on headlights) Your park and dash lights are probably all connected to a single wire from the switch via the fuse box.
