I have audio when playing movie but no audio when the movie over or when watcing cable

Get the TV-related audio from your cable or satellite box if you have it. Use the highest quality multichannel output of either one (if available). Also run the stereo audio out from it to the TV just in case you want to watch lo-fi news and weather without the HTS turned on.

check d region compatibilty and the audio video cable connection

check u have the video cables around the right way. could also be the video input inside the projecter playing up. but would check cables first.

Your trying to watch a movie. I asume your watcing a DVD. Try cleaning it with a DVD cleaning disc.

first check on laptop when u play the files sound comes or not.then check in plasma that not mute the sound.aslo check that u right attached jack of sound in laptop when u attach plasma onlky sound comes on plasma not on laptop.

Could be an overheating issue.. Is there enough air circulation around the unit? Is it possibly dusty? try and perform minor servicing (use a can of compressed air incase if there's dust causing problems)

Does this happen on regular dvd's ?

have you connected the cable from DVD To Motherboard ( audio Cable )
Check the soundcard settings, is the volume down low or Muted ?
