I need the programming code to my ATT, S10-S4 remote to control my HCT TV, Model HPP-42HCB.

If code not found look to see if this remote has a search mode where every possible code it has can be tried one at a time---it may just not have the code and in that case you are out of luck.

I assumed its plasma TV..

If it is plasma you have faulty y-sustain board..try to replace it to fix the problem
