Try changing the keyboard or theme of keyboard on your phone. For some reason the wifi may not be recognizing the passcode your typing and thinks its wrong. Thus the failure code. It worked for me.

Are you in a "remote area"? You should be able to verify the signal from the tower to ensure you still have a good connection with Tracfone. Do you also connect via WiFi at your location to the Internet? Maybe your device that enables you to receive a good WiFi signal is not working or working poorly.... 1. Use the wifi connection of the phone for the e-machine ?
2. Exchange photos or data from your phone to the computer via wifi ?

1. To use the data connection of your phone your phone needs another connection with the computer. I searched your manual and your machine has no Bluetooth adapter installed, so I don't think that is possible. But by buying this adapter:

you can connect to Bluetooth with your phone and use the data connection of your phone.

2. To exchange data from your phone to your computer using wifi:

Be aware that this can only work on your own network, that is using your own router. Do not do this over a public network a if you do not want other people to be able to receive your files also.

Try to launch a hard reset on your self-phone by following these steps:
1.If the device is off, hold down the Power button to turn it back on.
2.Afterawrds from Main Menu find and select Settings.
3.Then open the Backup&Reset (Privacy) folder and select Factory Data Reset.
4.Tap Reset Phone and read the warning when it pops up.
5.Choose Erase Everything and the phone will begin restoring.
6.Well done! The hard reset has just been performed.

Good day. Meaning you haven't activate the gprs yet. Call your network provider, then ask for gprs settings for your phone model. I'm sure they will send you the configuration settings of gprs thru text message, once you receive, just save and run, or set as default settings to your phone. But if you have a wifi signal around you, you can able to connect with it. Your phone is capable of connecting to wifi.Thanks

I think your mobile has been very old or you use to connect your mobile to wifi a lot before,there could be some problem with your mobile software so once reinstall your mobile operating software

The wifi connection on your htc phone can be accessed by going to the connection settings which is located under the phone settings on your S620.you will see the option which says turn on wifi in the sub menu under the wifi,simply click on turn on,and you are good to go.

The wifi connection will only work in a location where there is broadband internet connection network which is shared and can be accesed by wifi,which is irespective of the country.
When you turn on the wifi connection on your phone,it automatically scans for available networks and you will be prompted to connect to any of the available networks it recognizes,but if it doesn't get any available network it means there is no wifi connection in the location you are situated.
