I strongly recommend the original part# as many replacements will not work properly in a Mitsubishi.

I understand that the washing light on your Frigidaire dishwasher, FDB1050RES0, continues to blink and will not run. You may need to perform a reset on your dishwasher. In order to do so you would need to disconnect power from your dishwasher for roughly ten minutes. This will help clear out any false error codes or miscommunications within your dishwasher. If resetting your dishwasher does not resolve the issue you may need to have an electrical component replaced and I would recommend seeking professional assistance for that. 3. Error Code Operational Check

Note: The TV must be in "Shut Down" and not have been switched Off, to perform the Error Code Operational

Check. When the TV is switched Off, the code automatically resets to "12" No Error.



Pressing the front panel "DEVICE" and "MENU" buttons at the same time, and holding for 5 seconds,

activates the Error Code Mode. The LED flashes denoting a two digit Error Code, or indicating no problem

has occured since the last Initalization.



Note: The front panel buttons must be used, NOT those on the Remote Control.



• The number of flashes indicates the value of the MSD (tens digit) of the Error Code.

• The flashing then pauses for approximately 1/2 second.

• The LED then flashes indicating the value of the LSD (ones digit) of the Error Code.

• The Error Code is repeated a total of 5 times.



Example: If the Error Code is "23", the LED will flash two times, pause, and then flash three times.

This issue can be due to ballast fan, lamp or high temperature. However, to figure out this we'll need to check for the TV from inside(wiring & testing the components) or the other way is when the lights blink again then follow the procedure given. After you turn on the set, and get the red blinking lights, hold down the Device and Menu buttons together for about 5 seconds.

The Power light will start to flash in a two digit sequence.

For example, 4 flashes, then 1 flash = 41.

Here are the error codes, and the corresponding problem:

12 = No error detected, check power supply.
32 = Lamp Cover is open.
33 = Air filter cover is open.
34 = Lamp abnormality
36 = Light Engine (DMD or Lamp Fan stopped)
37 = Exhaust or Lamp Ballast Fan stopped
38 = Lamp Temperature High
39 = DMD Temperature High
41 = Short is detected
44 = DVI cable between FMT and Engine disconnected

the status light blinking red means a fan (the unit hs 4 of them) has failed. you need to determine which one. use the self diagnostic function:

35= Chassis Fan failure
36 =Exhaust (Back Cover) or Lamp Ballast Fan failure
37= Engine (DMD or Lamp) Fan failure

This is usually an indication of one of three fans have stopped spining.
two are are mounted in a modular fashion behind the lamp housing and
the third is under the lense assembly. Not hard if your handy.

Please contact the supplier for support under warranty.

If not under warranty, do check the power for the fan, after opening the outer case

Please disconnect the main power before opening :)
