I will be adding up multiple things, it is printing great, and then the screen goes blank except for a small "e" appears in the lower left hand corner and I have to start all over. WHY?

our calculator is beyond repair. You can use it in no print mode ohly. The printer is not working, causing the error code.

Turn it off and back on and only use the display mode.

I have a casio calculator fx-350ES. My problem is that everything that appears on the screen is very bright, I can hardly see anything. Changing one battery did not help.

Press SHIFT 9 To clear and reset defaults.
Or Press SHIFT MODE to enter (Setup). Look for option <CONT>. That changes the screen CONTRAST.

Casio fr-2650 plus is showing an E on the screen and not allowing me to input data. Ideas?

Follow theses steps (from Casio Support) :

First, check the batteries, and ensure there is not a paper jam in the printer.
If both are fine, then while the calculator is in the "Print" mode, press the [CA] (or [AC]) button 20 times consecutively to clear out memory buffers. Try some numerical calculations, and if the problem persists, repeat pressing the [CA] button 20 times.
If the problem still persists, then the calculator may require service

DEG is on the screen. How do I clear it?

The calculator has three angular modes: Degrees, Radians, and Grads. You're going to be in one of those modes at all times, and the calculator will light the appropriate indicator.

You can press the DRG key to cycle through the three modes, but one of those indicators will appear on the screen at all times.

On the screen appears E and P. And cannot clear and will not print.

Take out batteries and leave out for few minutes. reload and try again. Also try a fresh pair. If it's powered by outlet unplug for same time frame.

unfortunately the printer is out of time or the selector pawls got bent. would be cheaper to buy a new one than fix this.

What misses these calculators up a lot is stuff downloaded off the internet. Ti 84 even the APPS seem to miss up. It seems like your calculator is trying to execute a bad APP shell or program. Try to free it up or delete any foreign programming if you have any on the calculator.
