If your Viore TV is unable to scan digital channels after a power outage, there are a few things you can try to fix the issue:
Check the TV's antenna connection: Make sure that the antenna is securely connected to the TV and that there is no damage to the cable.
Rescan for channels: Go to the TV's menu and select "Auto Tuning" or "Channel Scan" to rescan for channels. Make sure to select the option for digital channels only.
Check for software updates: Make sure that your TV has the latest software updates. Go to the TV's menu and check for any available updates.
Perform a factory reset: A factory reset will restore your TV to its original settings. This can sometimes fix issues with channel scanning. Consult the manufacturer's manual for instruction.
Check your TV's location: Make sure that your TV is in a location where it can receive a good signal. Try moving the TV or the antenna to a different location.
If none of these steps work, it's possible that the TV's tuner may be malfunctioning and may need to be repaired or replaced. Contact the manufacturer's customer service or a professional technician for further assistance.

Page 21 of this manual might reflect your menu options regarding switching to antenna from cable. To find the actual manual, you would need at least the model number. Other pages may identify how to get to this menu if it is not obvious. https://www.manualslib.com/manual/187188/Viore-Lc22vf59.html?page=21
Consult your TV's owner manual and enter "set up mode" to switch the RF or Antenna input from: CATV / Cable to: Antenna / Off Air. Then, allow the TV to scan VHF & UHF for signals strong enough to "tune in". You may need to upgrade your antenna in order to collect enough signal to display video properly. Make sure that your TV has a digital tuner (ATSC) as the old analog tuners (NTSC) have no signal to tune since broadcasters were forced to digital transmitters by the FCC years ago.
Use the site linked below to help you select an antenna that will allow you to receive all signals possible at your location - without buying more antenna than you need.

THE BEST INPUT ON YOUR SET IS THE HDMI INPUT.2ND THE COMPOSITE INPUT. 3RD THE COMPONENT INPUT. AND 4TH THE ANTENNA INPUT. MOST DISH BOXES HAVE AT LEAST THE COMPONENT OUTPUT. YELLOW IS THE VIDEO AND RED AND WHITE FOR AUDIO. USE RCA CABLES TO GO FROM BOX TO LCD SET. ON THE DISH BOX YOU CAN GO FROM ANTENNA OUT TO THE CABLE OR ANTENNA IN ON THE LCD. SWITCH TV TO CHANNEL 3. AND TURN YOUR DISH BOX ON.
