From what I can tell, the frame is compatible with SD which will work with a 1gb SD card.

The C875 works with MMC and SD cards. Your 8GB card is actually an SDHC card. While it fits into the slot, it is electronically incompatible and will not work. You need to stay with cards 2GB and smaller.

No. Can you get into the camera menu when you turn the camera on? If so, go to "format" by way of the menu rather than clicking on continue. Also, be sure the slide switch on the side of the card is in the unlocked position.

Need to formatt
Go to radioshack they have a USB card reader for $20.00 that will scan 52 variations. Just plug it in your USB port and you are good to go. The reason your computer will not do it is because it cannot handle a 4GB card. Use a two GB and you should be good.

I have a shared folder with files in it. I disabled one share, then the rest of the shared folders went gone. how will I recover the data in it?
Hi sej_nb5,

A shared folder is only a way to access data files from multiple computers. If you are using the external drive, you will need to go and click on ":My Computer" and then find that drive, It will be called "E drive" or "F drive" in the list, and when you click on that drive you will have access to the entire drive, and you will need to navigate to those folders and files. You can re-share the drive when you get to the folder that you want by right clicking and choosing share.

I have a segate 320 GB freeagent external drive. Im trying to copy files onto it from another computer. But its saying not shared. what do i do to change the shared status? Im using a vista OS
Open my computer and right clcik on your external disk icon then go to proeprty then click on sharing
then 'if u under stand......."
then clcik on "if you under stand security risk......'
enable button "just enable file sharing"
then ok
then enable share this folder on network and allow network users .
then apply and ok.
thats it.
then go to other computer then you can see this shared drive in my network places.
