It is Error in the Fixing Unit Film. First Go to service mode and clear the Error.
Power the machine and On the machine if problem persists Replace the fixing unit Film
COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>

You should have a PDF Owner's manual on the software install disk. Troubleshooting section should say what the error is and what to do to fix. Or try this:

Your machine appears to think it's waiting for a file (like an update). Somehow it was put into download mode (only a canon tech would know how to). You need to have a canon technician to either reset the machine or if there is a legitimate problem put it into factory default.
It may be a hard drive error from my experience.
