The main water tank is two staged; you put clean water in and the flexible bladder allows the machine's pickup suction to fill. This removes the need for two tanks (but it's harder to clean out the suction tank area). Just remember to clean the filters each use. There's one on the underneath of the clean water tank cap and one under the FLOW INDICATOR cap. You may need to get a User's Guide. Try calling the Consumer Care at 1-800-237-7691 Hope that helps.
Have you tried cleaning out the small filterfrom the reserve tank? Also, check the tank/resevoir valve is operating properly, when you take it out to fill try to make water release from tank.
the clean water goes into a "Bladder Bag" that is located inside the tank. The way it is designed to work, as the clean water dispenses from the bladder bag, the outer part around the bladder bag fills with the dirty water. It never touches the clean water. Seems wierd, but it works! I hope this helps, if it does, please give feedback, as it helps me to gain ratings. Thank you! Remember to have your cleaners serviced every year by a qualified tech!
