Hi ya my dewalt radio will not power on but still charges the battery

It has a switch in the battery compartment that changes it from radio charger to just charger

Change the battery connector pcb board part# 5140019-41 12.07 on ereplacementparts.com

There are two fuses, one on the power supply board and another on the battery holder board.

Check to see that power is going through the switch on the volume control.

Check to see that the radio pc board is getting power.

i have put 2 new batteries but cant get radio 2 work

check the fuse inside near the transformer.

could be a fuse in the radio. check with your local dewalt dealer.

Check fuses inside. Check fuse and connections in plug. If this is a 110v radio there is one on transformer winding.

open up and check fuses 

dewalt radio works fine on mains
will not work off battery
