I have a 55" Sony wega tv kdf-55wf655 when i push power button it blinks 5 times green than pause than 6 times red...pause than contines to blink 6 times red continuously. Please help

Did you get this solved yet? Six blinks usuall meand thermal fuse. I can look it up if you still need help.

It's in standby mode.

Do a reset and see what happens

While holding down the reset button on the remote
Press the power button on the tv
(The tv will turn itself off the back on)
Now release the reset button

It sounds like the lamp needs replaced.

SOURCE: Problem with Sony Wega 50 in kdf-50we655 light blinks 55 times

I fixed my problem by removing the lamp and vacuuming the hell out of the hole where the lamp lives and also getting all of the dust out of the rear ventilation grids with my vacuum. I put the old lamp back in and what do you know the TV has worked perfectly ever since. My lamp was over a year old and did not show any signs of hazing on the lens that you might see on a lamp that has a ton of hours on it. I just thought I would try to put it back in before I spent a couple of hundred bucks on a new lamp.
TA DA problem fixed.

6 times red blink is an error code that indicates no 6V from G1 (power supply) board
Replace G1 Board to fix your tv problem.
