this probably comes from there being something wrong with the camera or lens in the phone. If your carrier has a service center close to you, they should be able to take it apart, clean the lens or detect the main problem
I had this problem with a different samsung and the shop i got it from said i had a virus, i then rang samsung and they told me to downloads re-mapping software that comes on phones cd and reset it all. since then it has been fine.
