When playing games on laptop hebirnating or shoting dawn

Go to the power management. Windows

Open Control panel in the "start" select "hardware and power" select "power options"

Set the sleep or hibernate times to off or zero.

Laptops are not ment for playing heavy games that require strong graphic card and heavy RAMs...

Laptops are not really designed for heavy gaming like warhammer.
The reason the laptop is getting hot is because all the system resources are being used to power the graphics card so you get a decent gaming experience, the more you work the laptop the hotter it will get.
If you want to do some serious gaming then it's recommended that you get a desktop for that purpose as with a desktop you can change the internal components to suit you.
If you want to carry on using the laptop then it's a good idea to purchase a cooling mat for the laptop to help keep it cool while play your games.
If you carry on playing heavy games as you are then at some point the graphics chip burn out.
