My danby wine cooler does not get cold enough

Cool enough? You know most wine and beer only like it about 50 degrees and not any cooler. If it up at 55 and you have set it lower then the room is probably warmer then it can handle to cool them. I have some in the garage but in July and August the struggle to stay any cooler then 55 but then they are not expensive units either. Danby is cheap brand too. Nothing they make is that great.

Coils keep freezing up, and temperature in cooler won't go lower than 44 degrees. just installed new thermostat.

The refrigerant system is low on will need to have the leak fixed and the system recharged.

Control board, fan and compressor all rep[laced with new ones. freezer side cools 45- 50 degrees, cooler side 55-60 degrees. Now I am told that I need an inverter to make it work. I think tha my tech does...

Most likely he had no clue what he was doing that is a complicated ref to work on considering it has 2 control boards and inverator board and dc powered evap fan.

Carburetor problem or ? 1975 Honda CB750K, #4 Cylinder about 160 degrees F cooler than other cylinders. Compression all about 135 psig, overhauled the carbs fuel in bowl is clear and levels are #1...

Be certain that fuel is getting into the float bowl on the bad carb. If so, and the fuel level is at the correct height, the problem would be either the slide is not raising as it should, the main jet is plugged up or there is a blockage in the air clearer/manifold.
The compression is good so a valve can't be stuck. You said you have spark. The only thing left is a fuel problem or air problem. Please rate my answer. Thanks.

Viking Wine Cellar Temperature Near-Freezing

Viking wine coolers are made by Marvel. They all had issues with freezing the contents. If you replace the electronic cold control system it will be fine.If you don't, it will freeze the wine popping the corks and leaking in the unit.If you get the parts from Marvell they are much cheaper.

What is the temperature setting for normal wine cooling?

It's between 55 and 65 degrees fahrenheit. If you're storing a lighter red wine, you'd want to keep it on the lower end (55 degrees). And for the darker (deep) red, you'd want to keep it on the higher end (65 degrees). All white wines should be on the lower end, and below. You can drop down to 50 degrees if you'd like. I hope this helps. Good Luck!

Dehumidifier problem

First, make sure the rectangular filter on the back side is clean so air can flow over the coils freely. Try to place the dehumidifier on a table or something to get it off the floor. (floor level is cooler than head level) If you still have icing issues, replace sensor. (part # WK23X10011 )

Fridge not running well

Not sure of what type of fridge you are refering to.. However you can try a few obvious things. Try turning the thermostat to a lower number (warmer setting) to see if that makes a difference. If you have an ice build up starting to form on the fridge plate or only a partially cold plate then you could have either a loss of refrigerant or compressor fault. Is the compressor noisey in comparisson to its normal noise. Is there heat being produced all over the condenser (black finned section on back of cabinet or underneath cabinet)..If not possible gas leak. Hope this is of some help.
