Purchased 2 for my twin sons. Can't get the pivot bolt to screw into the axel because there is no internal threading. Please help! Boys can't use their birthday gifts!

Sounds like you purchased and wish to use a twin needle which comes as two needles on a single needle shaft, correct? That is terrific and you have a wonderful machine.
Remove the needle in the machine just the same as you have been over the past 2 years. Unscrew the needle clamp screw, pull down on the needle or part of the needle in the machine and insert the new twin needle shaft into the needle bar. Tighten the needle clamp screw and thread the needles using two sources of thread on the top.
If the existing needle post is not coming out of the needle clamp easily, use a pair of pliers to grip and pull down. Cover the sewing surface to ensure that it will not be damaged as the pliers free the needle. If the needle is firmly embeded, you may need to give the pliers a gentle tap with a small hammer.
If using a zig zag stitch make sure that the width does not exceed the twin needle limit; otherwise as the needles swing from side to side they can hit the stitch plate and brake.

aligne preicesly and check if the bolt thread is smooth or rough

Secure the bike with the rear tire off the ground.

Take the nut off the one side of the pivot bolt.

Now get a rubber mallet or deadblow, and beat that pivot bolt hard a few hits
Don't be afraid to hit it hard, because thats what it'll take to get it out.
DO NOT use a hammer and beat the threads or mushroom the end of the pivot bolt or you'll never get it out unless you cut it off.

use one hand to hold the swingarm while tapping the bolt, which will take a little pressue off the bolt making it slide out with each tap.

Before reassemble, clean the bolt and the threads.

Your pedal falling off is never a good thing, nor is the entire crank arm assembly.

For this one you are best taking it into your local bike shop and have them take a look at why both of these fell off. There are a number of reasons, from stripped thread to missing bolts and nuts to improper assembly. None of these are a good scenario with a childs bike, or any bike for that matter.

Alternative, and my personal suggestion - Take the bike back to where it was purchased and exchange for a new one. These parts should not fall off after years of riding let alone 2 days, and would constitute a warranty and safety issue.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND CONTINUING TO RIDE THIS BIKE, SINCE YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT ELSE WAS IMPROPERLY ASSEMBLED.

this is a know issue, you'll need a motor upgrade kit, it might be covered under warranty, let me know if you want me to check

shouldnt be too hard mate, gather the boys over for the weekend because it`ll seriously take only 2 hours MAX to do.

Jack the kent up and take the wheels off...couple bolts here and there and bobs ya mum.

Back wheels have a gear that connects to the drive chain. on each side. those spin.
The front ones which are Idlers do not spin as the idler wheel as a bushing in it that allows free motion on the shaft without resistance. Use a nylock nut with Locktight for starters. The try that.

The three bolts are the most common problem but the two pins that hold the pivot together can come out or the housing wears out causing loosness. you should have seen them when accesing the bolts. they are threaded internally and sometimes you have to stake them in place. good luck
