Everytime I plug the fuses in my orion hcca 250g4 the fuses pop. What do I need to repair. It's the amp, not the system wiring.

You can remove the bottom of the amp and the colors can be deciphered as to which goes to which pin in the plug. Go to this link on AmpGuts for a reference.

My Orion d-5000 amp which is wired to an Orion hcca 12.2 sub cuts out at high volumes , it's wired with 0 guage wires

Your speaker is a dual 2ohm sub. If you have both voice coils wired Parallel that will drop the ohm load to 1, which the amp can not handle. You need to wire the voice coils in series. Treat each voice coil as a speaker.

Noise when turn on and play music

Good chance that it is alternator noise mate, there is a little component that you can buy what you fit onto the alternator to stop unwanted noises feeding back threw the audio, ask in a car audio shop i would tell you the name i just cant remember it at all.

also check that all the earths are perfect, *bare metal* 80% of audio problems are due to a bad earth.

Orion 250G4

Generally to bridge an amplifier you need to insert the positive wire from the sub to the positive wire on the first channel. And then insert the negative wire from the sub to the second channels's negative terminal.

Orion 275g4 Hcca amp

this actually could be your amp...try turning the gain down slowly and you will hear the bumping either stop or become morelike music background thanmusic foregroud. i had this problem with an older amplifier and i fixed it by getting a larder power/ground wire size and decreasing the gain a little.
