Was listening to my Missil mp3 player and it just froze - been sitting on the hourglass icon ever since. Tried restarting, tried hooking it to the computer. Nothing is helping. When hooked to the computer it shows as an unknown device w/out drivers. Help!

Try and plug it in your computer once again and see if the hour glass budges. Then safely remove it by clicking the "Safely Remove Device" Icon on your PC tray (where the clock is on a PC)...
If not, theres probably a software reset hole at the back or sides of your mp4 player, try pushing it with a toothpick or similar pointed thing.
Disconnect the unit from the computer and take out all batterys for a while and see if that will clear up the glitch.. If that dosent help call tech assistance to seeif theres a reset switch or a reset procedure. 1-800-229-1235, 1-800-645-4994
