We have the same problem friend, my mobile n70 cannot connect to my PC..
As I research and actually it is proven with my self. I will share to you some steps.

First download a software called PC suite it is free from internet, the latest version much better.

Next is, install it into your PC.

Then, used your usb cable and connect it to the computer.
