Why doesn't it fill and perform any wash cycles?

A fuse went off in a middle of a 39 min program. I changed the plug and now it doesn't fill and it doesn't make any of its programs.

If you are saying that a house fuse blew out then the question is why did that happen? If the washer shorted out and blew the house fuse then you have to work on the washer to see why. It might have been the transformer in the washer power supply. If the fuse blew during a storm then it might be lightning damage and that would mean replacing the power unit and the computer in the machine.

Bosch shy66c06 doesn't turn off when door opened

This is a partial solution. After reading lots of other similar descriptions (none of which were automatically identified by FixYa, btw), we realized it was probably water in the 'catch basin' or whatever that pan (white plastic) below the sump pump is. Sure enough, there was about 1/2" of water in the pan. We hoped that by overriding the float switch and watching it run through a cycle, we would be able to see where the leak came from. Unfortunately, running a rinse & hold (10 min) didn't do it, so we are about to run it on a quick wash (56 min). To do this, we have left everything connected (power & water), and removed the toe kick cover, to give us access to the works below the main compartment. A long chopstick works well to get at the red float switch actuator; we used two of them to dip a washcloth in the water to soak, and then remove the washcloth and wring it over a bowl. Slow, and tedious. But the alternative was to do the 3 hr teardown just to get the pan dried before we could run it through a complete cycle. We're still hoping this will let us see the leak.

How to move around brandt wm 550

see this causes and fix it. God bless you
When the cycle doesn't advance, it's probably the timer or a cold-water supply problem: It's the timer, if your washing machine fills with water and begins agitating, but the timer never advances--or if the washer is in a spin cycle and the timer won't advance. Then you need to replace the timer. It may be a cold-water supply problem, if the washing machine fills with water, agitates, drains, and spins, but then doesn't fill with rinse water. See There's no cold water.

Sears washer dryer commbo model 417.94712400 didn't stop filling with water and water went everywhere

Generally you could have two problems. Number one may be a sticking water solonoid that doesn't want to close after the fill cycle has stopped. Number two, if the machine has not started to agitate the clothes that means the timer has not reached that part of the cycle and is stuck in the fill mode. My guess is number two would be more likley, the timers **** out nowand then. Hope that helps

My idesit IWB5113 just keeps filling after starting the wash cycle, normal it inject some water then starts washing, my machine just keeps filling and doesn't seem to start the wash cycle, please help

It is possible that the water level sensor has failed and so does not detect to stop the inlet valve from filling. You can remove and check this level sensor normally it can be a damaged diaphragm and replace the same so that the program proceeds to the next stage to start the machinetips to see working of the machine;http://www.espares.co.uk/advice/washing-machines/a/7/1392/how-a-washing-machine-works.html

Does anyone know how to check a fuse in my Bosch Maxx 1000 washing machine??

Try it in a different socket as it may not be the machine. The machine would have been factory fitted with a moulded plug, lift out the middle section and try a new fuse. If the unit failed after filling then possibly you have a short on the wash heater..you could verify this if you get power by setting a cold cycle or rinse and see if if completes it. Please also check that the consumer unit (main fuse box) has not been triggered.

Washer will not spin at all no code . will drain and tumble back and forth, when it comes time to spin it turns off.

A washing machine is basically a big tub that repeatedly fills with water and then drains, spins to wring clothes dry, and has a device for stirring things up-- either an agitator in the middle of a top-load machine or a rolling drum in the case of a front-loader.
The four cycles that every washer performs are fill, wash, drain, and spin. Though these functions are pretty basic, a number of things can go wrong with them.
There are a number of problems that you can fix quite simply; some issues, however, are better left in the hands of an appliance repairperson.Problems that commonly occur with a clothes washer are discussed in depth below. If your washer doesn't run, be sure it's plugged in and that the receptacle works (the circuit hasn't overloaded). Before working on the washing machine, be sure to unplug it.
To prevent problems, follow good maintenance procedures. Use the right amount of detergent for your washer and your water hardness, make sure the machine is level, and don't overload it for the cycle chosen.

Washing Machine Does Not Fill
If the washer doesn't fill, the water inlet screens may be blocked. Clean or replace them. (Check your owner's manual for the location of the screens; they're often located at one end of the supply hoses, or you may have to remove a panel to access them.) Other reasons for not filling may be that either the timer or temperature selector is broken--both of these are repairs for an appliance repairperson.

Washer Does Not Spin
If your washer doesn't spin, check to see if the clothes have jammed or are unbalanced in the drum before calling a repairperson. Unbalanced clothes will also cause a w
asher to shudder or "walk." If straightening out the load doesn't stop the washer from shaking, look at the feet underneath and be sure they are properly adjusted to keep the washer sitting level on the floor (you just turn them to move them up or down).
Clothes Are Wet After Spin Cycle
If your clothes remain wet after your washer's spin cycle, perform the following diagnostics:
1) Lift the lid during the spin cycle. If the tub is not spinning, you may have a damaged motor coupler. Call a repairperson to replace this part.
2) If the tub is spinning, recheck the load to make sure it is balanced. If you are certain the load is balanced but your clothes are still wet, you may need to call a repairperson to replace a damaged motor pulley, tub bearing, belt, or clutch.

3) You can also follow the troubleshooting steps outlined in "Washing Machine Doesn't Drain." You may have a problem with your drain hose or pump.

Washer won't start, control lock lite on?

Try unplugging the washer for 30 minutes. When you plug it back in, the power board should reset and allow you to start a new wash cycle.

I have a washer kemore 600 series, it pumps water in but will not do anything else. Is there a reset button on the motor or pump?

Hello there and welcome to fixya
If your washer doesn't seem to work at all, check these:
No power Check to see whether power is getting to the washing machine. Is it plugged in? Has a fuse blown or is a circuit breaker tripped? try to unplug for 15 min then reset the home breakeer than plug in the machine again and try Lid switch If the lid switch is defective, your washer can't spin and may not function at all. The switch is inside the washing machine main housing near the door frame. Often you have to raise or open the top or front of the washer to get to the switch. If it's defective, you need to replace it. To determine if the lid switch has failed, watch the part testing video . at repair clinic.com Some machines have a special lid-switch fuse near the lid switch, inside the control panel. If this fuse blows, the unit won't fill with water until you replace the fuse. or it will fill but will stop after that
