I cannot download the video to my computer .EVEN though I have a dvd cable and having installed the pinnacle studio ultimate to my computer.It doesn´t not ven show on my pc that it is conecto to my video camara.My video is Canon ZR 95A

it may be because of low video memory

if re installation does not work then download tuneup 2010 and clean physical memory .

still have problem then take another installation of it
