Get a new internal adapter

Sounds like the old brick cooked the Xbox somewhere when it allowed it to overheat. You'll need a replacement console or you could try baking the board but I don't recommend it if you haven't before.

don't simultaneously use other device connected when you are on xbox live , then you ll have difficulty playing on xbox live .

Make sure you disconnect all other devices connected to internet before you connect you xbox to internet

if you have no devices connected to your internet then may be some one has hacked your wifi

change the wifi password , it ll fix the issue :)

Change your XBOX360 video output from 1080p to 720p or 1080i.

you r over working your xbox and need to leave it alone for a bit leave it alone for 2 or 3 days to make sure

could your 360 be to far from internet source? or not include wifi?
