Difficult to know what you mean
if you are talking about a pole saw then it is a saw attachment that is used on the end of a straight shaft trimmer
It has a small chain saw fitted to it and by adding extensions to the shaft of the trimmer you can reach up and cut branches at a height of up to 4 meters from the ground
there is no pole for a regular chain saw as this would place too much weight at the length and besides how would the throttle be worked.

How do you attach the chainsaw to the pole?

You simply mount the saw between the two metal plates.
There are two screws holding the plates together.
Look in the owners manual and it will guide you how to attach the saw.
Once the saw is attached, plug in the power cable that is on the end of the pole. One word of advice....there is a large locking collar ring that enables the two poles to extend and lock together. There has been numerous reports that the locking collar ring splits due to overexersion. You can add a stainless worm clamp (similar to a radiator hose clamp) around the rind and tighten it securely. Be sure it is a heavy duty wide clamp. This will help to keep the ring from splitting under pressure.

108526-1 pole saw

I bought this chain without first examining the "count" of my old chain. I found this new chain had 39 drive-links while my OLD chain had 40 links. My 10" Remington saw had enough chain-tensioning adjustment to compensate for that missing link and this new 39-link chain runs fine... cuts very well. Happy.

Does my remington chain saw model #m15014AS go with the remington ext.pole model #rps96

No, the largest electric pole chain saw that can be attached to a pole with the Remington Pole Saw kit, is a 10" saw.

You can go to Master Distributors to find out more detailed info about your situation and speak with one of their reps.

How to attach chainsaw to pole

I am not sure what model number you have, but here is a link the owner's manual for model # 106821A ... http://12.153.20.74/manuals/111219-01B.PDF. On page 15 of this owner's manual explains how to attach the pole to the saw. Just make sure you are attaching the saw that is made to fit the pole or it may not work or be to heavy for the pole. I hope this helps.

How do I attach the saw to the pole for a Remington M30016AW?

Remington did not make a pole for this saw and any pole that are out there cannot support the size and weight of the 16" chain saw you have.
